Gloomhaven Incomplete Install

I am running MacOS Ventura 13.5. On Heroic version 2.8 I was able to install Gloomhaven the base game from GOG, and this installed and ran fine. Recently I got the two available DLCs on GOG. I wasn't able to figure out how to install the DLC after installing the base game, so I uninstalled the base game, then attempted to reinstall after ticking "install all DLC". This install does not complete properly however - the install just finishes / gives up at ~80% complete. At this point the game is in my library and has the option to play, but launching the game only launches a black window, and the game never starts. I tried uninstalling the heroic launcher and removing all heroic config, then reinstalling the launcher version 2.9.1, and had the same issue. Any help with what is happening here would be awesome!

One thing I see in the log that looks somewhat suspect is the download sizes - the base game is listed as 9.9GB on GOG, and the first download is for 11.9GB - this seems to track. The third download is lised on GOG as 325MB, and in the log is 374MB, which also seems to track. The second download though must be for the Jaws of the Lion DLC, which is listed on GOG to be 1.3GB, but in the log the download size appears to be 11.9GB again. Is there a possibility that we are trying to re-download the base game instead of the DLC? Also in the GOG download log, it looks like the first two downloads jump to completion early - is that expected?

it may be related to CDN issues GOG had not sure if they recovered fully maybe try using offline installer instead https://gog.com/account

Oh I didn't realize GOG was having issues on their end - I'll keep tabs on that and try the install again after they post that all is well again Will give that a shot as well thanks! Update: Just tried installing again without changing anything and it appears to work fine now lol - looks like it was something on GOG's end. Thanks for the help! ^ marked as solved
