I've been writing to pubg support on emai for two years now but the problem is not solved.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using an account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
