FILE CLAIM PROBLE - BAN GAMELOOP
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I was banned for 60 days for "circumventing matchmaking rules" even though I did absolutely nothing wrong.
Additionally, I’m trying to submit a reclamation through the “File Claim” feature as you instructed, but it’s not working
it keeps showing a network error even when I try using different devices and networks.
Please treat this case as urgent and review my account immediately.

Solution
The root issue has been identified and fixed, and any affected accounts have been unbanned. If your account is still suspended, you can submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
