help i cant logging in my pubgm account long time

My account was contacted 2 years ago by someone I don't know, their email address deleted me but all my other connections, so I can't log in. I've never given my account to anyone before. I've opened a ticket many times before, but the last time I opened it, there was no response to my ticket. All my tickets were opened for the same reason. I have a Google Play screenshot of the first time I bought the three. I bought seasons 15 and 16. Please help. I have email adress.

Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.

If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a recovery request through community support form.
