Any devs could review if possible - False banned -Third party apps, wont let me appeal
Riot will not let me do the personal ban discussion thing and it just says automated response, I'll stay banned but its like a page and underneath it says if you would like a human please submit a ticket but i can't? because it brings me back to the start, and also I made 2 tickets 2 days apart using the vanguard issue thing with this info under:
which then they never responded. and just solved both tickets?
How is it fair to not get a chance especially when you genuinely have no idea how you were banned, and the fact they never even responded, so I have no insight into anything.

I’m writing to appeal a false ban on my account (kaeza#kza) for alleged use of third-party apps. I do not and have never cheated. I’m only using the "Vanguard issue" option because the "personal restriction" form wouldn’t submit.
At the time of the ban, these apps were open:
Free Download Manager, Medal, RK Software (Royal Kludge), Edge, Discord, MSI Centre, NVIDIA, OneNote, Lively Wallpaper, OneDrive, Spacedesk, possibly Spotify, and Steamrip (used only for pirated games like INZOI and Schedule 1 — never for cheats).
I was having 100+ ping and restarted my internet several times, logged out/in, and changed DNS and firewall settings. That may have triggered something, but I did nothing malicious.
I also run a YouTube channel where I post my own clips — I play clean and have never cheated. I’m happy to undergo any testing to prove my innocence. I’ve also been hacked before and recovered my account through support, which is in my ticket history.
I’ve spent over $600 on Valorant, and not receiving any response to past tickets has been frustrating. I’d really appreciate a review and any insight into what happened.

Hi, sorry but I finally got the ban appeal option to work and again I just got my ticket solved with no response, I feel a little unfairly trialed as I havent gotten a chance to appeal or state my case sorry to bother TICKET ID

Just a bit unsure because Ive stayed logged in and I did try login to an alt like a day after it
they didnt answer the question and also the ticket they say they took care of my concerns, they didnt even reply too, they never responded to any of my tickets, yet they say they did? and also I was just asking a question about how long it would last, but they didn't answer it and shut me down again, only reason why Im asking is because i saw others online say to just ask riot support for the hwid ban duration for my acc, but they again shut me down and didnt provide me with any answers, wasnt even about appealing as I made it clear in my title, honestly feels like a mocking
also just to make it clear, the 2nd photo was the referred to ticket, i blurred out what ive said just bc, but you can see no response and just a solved ticket, the first ticket was asking about time remaining on my hwid ban but no answer

same thing happened for me 3 days ago, I have nothing running on the site, no apps, any sus software, nothing
I don't have any cheats for any game but I do have tmodloader for lethal company if that counts
Although I have a suspicion it might be the live wallpaper app lively or spacedesk (connect external monitors)
But I do download some steam games off steamrip
Like tcg card shop simulator and schedule one, not cheats though just pirated games

Pirated games aren’t a big deal, unless they actually contain malware
It adds mod to lethal company like more emotes and stuff like that
More emotes more monsters stuff like that
Like a Minecraft mod but for different games

I was lagging in a weird way right before the ban, my ping is normally 20 for Sydney and 90 for Singapore but that day I only had consistent 100 ping on Sydney servers so my ping was actually lower in Singapore I tried to fix it by changing DNS removing windows defender and not using firewall yk but it didn't work so I just queued anyway and then I got banned, could it be like internet issue
So my ban was really red flagged, but I genuinely don't have any cheats, but the lag I had on that day was genuinely the weirdest lag ever, it's like i moved to a did location irl
woops i also have deceive downloaded but i havent used it for months, but im pretty sure deceive is fine right
also incase you can provide any insight, i would just like to know a little bit about what caused my ban, because all my apps running were the same ive had since like 2024
