What does "Processed" mean? I was just expecting a letter to be sent to my email, but it turned out that the application was processed, but there was no letter in my email. Can I log into my account or not?

This means your account recovery claim has been approved. You should have received a confirmation email at the address you provided to customer service during the recovery process.
You may now be able to log in using the new email you submitted with your request. Once the claim is approved, all previously linked login methods are removed, and only the email becomes associated with your account. You can access your PUBG MOBILE account with the new email using the verification code at the login page of the game....
