(Help) Perma False Banned for 3rd Party
2 Days ago I got perma false banned for using a 3rd Party software (cheating) when I don't cheat and I've been playing Valorant for multiple years now and spent money cosmetics/skins and this has never happened. I tried creating a ticket but its been on Solved and I haven't gotten a reply. As of recently I've been seeing a lot of people going through the same thing. Thank you for the help

same problem here, never cheated i believe vanguard flagged the wrong file on my pc i had some hope yesterday as in the email i got a real agent that was going to help me in my case and then after sending in all my logs and info i just got the same automated message saying "bla bla bla this is our final decision" and also getting turned down by 2 devs on this discord because of my problem. at this point it's ggs.
I believe we may have to wait until this problem is investigated because people are randomly getting banned for no reason

No that's what annoys me I've never cheated in any game in my life
I've owned this account for 3years + and I've spent money too only to be hit with "This penalty was rightfully given" is insane to me. To be honest I don't believe my appeal wasn't looked into truthfully due to the high work load mods and devs have to deal with because I've never cheated in my life or have anything on my PC

There are people here that were banned basically for nothing. You dont rly help, do you. Apparently injecting into other games while vanguard is running can trigger a ban. And there are a lot of mod injectors out there for single player games

I won't comment on vanguard and what triggers it, but cheats for other games have the potential for causing a ban
some can be compromised accounts, which are understandable
I know one case that is false, cuz its my friend. Dont rly care about his ban tho. Its the fact that you get banned for doing something during your "free time"

literally everyone i know who's got their account unbanned had to directly message riot devs on discord and reddit to actually get anything done
i was falsely banned by an AUTOMATED GAMEPLAY REVIEW accusing me of using THIRD PARTY TOOLS (?)

your ticket system only has bots who ignore 90% of your appeal post and prematurely check the ticket as "solved"

i swear im not though, i have no reason to lie here but ive also just come to last resort since ive had no real resp, kaeza#kza, if there is any correlation to msi engine, lively wallpaper, or spacedesk,
either way, i know it was def false because i legit had nothing sketchy running, i dont have cheats downloaded either, i was lagging mid game so i go sort it out (dns change yk 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 and turn off firewall and defender) and i come back its still laggy i queue anyway and suddenly im banned, im genuinely not cheating but i am curious to what flagged it
