False banned for 3rd party app
Hi, wish you a good day.
692 days ago if I'm not mistaken my account got banned for 3rd party tools but i didnt used any tools or cheats. my account was likely stolen for some reasons that I don't know and i didn't notice after a week i recovered my account and after i got onto the account its was likely permanent banned. i did a ticket once and didn't get any help and they just said :

@synthetic no I've got the ps app that would ping if someone used my account ,I'm almost certain it was about the mobile internet as I was getting errors when I first used it saying QUERY_EXEXUTION_ERROR so I sent tickets now I get hwid temporary banned couldn't read the whole notice as the riot app only allows u to see a part of the middle this is what it shows
That's on the riot app the next one is what's on screen when I try using it

i doubt it’s a false reason, everyone knows Vanguard is kernel based so anything you install on your computer is susceptible to getting you banned regardless if you’re playing valorant or not which is why it’s important to know what you’re installing
my best advice would be to reset ur pc, deleting everything and reinstalling windows and then you can just reinstall discord and steam and whatever else u use
at least then you can make a case to say whatever it is you had installed that got you banned isn’t there anymore

honestly the odds aren’t in your favor because if you try to say it’s a false ban there just going to look at it and say it was valid and close your ticket, and if you try to take accountability for it they probably will just take that as a admission of guilt and close your ticket

cheat engine, virtual machines, any type of scripting tools injectors, macros, autohotkey

And vanguard detects malware and treats it as a cheat, cause cheats look and behave as a malware.

Because Vanguard runs on the kernel it has access to all the data and logs from your computer so when they investigate your case they already know everything you could possibly show them
which is why they deny most people’s appeals
