what does it mean if a Riot Games ticket is "solved" but I have not received an answer?

no reply but solved means that your unban request has been denied
but my friend just asked why she got banned

section 7 is anywhere from account sharing to cheating to being toxic

but she got only the awnser of the bot saying " we will investigate" ans something but she got no awnser yet from an human being you know?
