Hacked and then banned account
I know its really late but my account was hacked a year ago and I was perm banned. Vanguard assumes I've used thrid party software but havent. I've concluded that i was hacked becuase I got a message from a friend who was sick in the morning and had them tell me someone was on my account. I've submitted multiple tickets to riot with my valorant scripts, and proof I wasnt hardware banned but no luck :(, still the same answer on how I cheated and how it cant be changed. Ive spent alot of money and im tryning to get back into the game so I want to try my luck see if anyone can help me. I also wanted to go pro and have a team or 2 that I played in who could maybe vouch for me, but thats about it (immo 3)

So from what I’ve seen, if you ever shared your acc, doesn’t matter when, and in case you ever get hacked, riot doesn’t help. Since sharing account is against riot’s tos.
I sent a ticket to RIOT and the account I am currently using has the same thing, yet they told me it is fine

So they would probably be able to compare the IPv4's and 6's easier
I sent a clip of me playing whilst I was supposed to be "hardware banned" also proving I never got hardware banned so you should do the same
