One thing I do here is store a list of IDs in a 'parent' DO to be able to easily pull the required lists of tickets/instances where you need. This is one area where DOs aren't super optimised, I wish there was a way to have like a foreign key relationship that would automatically pull/push updates to related DO instances, almost as subrequests that are abstracted away by the runtime
