Try this watch full video, after doing these steps in video download intel graphics command center (if u don't have) open it and find the setting where it's set to main aspect ratio and change it to STRETCHED
Then open the game and boom everything is big

First of all you need old version intel graphics command center
I have the exe file let me know if u want it cause I don't think I can post the exe file here
Then after heading into the old panel you'll see options for this on laptop
old one looks like this. and youll not find it in microsft store or anywhere

Download intel graphics command center, it must be there in Microsoft Store, if not then just search on google
It's in the display tab
Open graphics command center then on left side there is display tab click on that and on the right side you can find the aspect ratio
Put that to stretched after changing the resolution of ur display

Uh you have to first switch the screen resolution to a 4:3 resolution like 1024x768 or any other you want, then come here again and see if there is an option
When u change ur screen resolution from settings to 1024x768 then black bars appear on left and right, and changing main aspect ratio to stretched will remove those bars and then u can start the game
But make sure u have done the things in this video first

actually it was already streched when i chenged the resolution
i have done it but my taskbar is visible
You can change task bar settings to always hide task bar
It only appears when you move your cursor to it

Telling for intel
The cpu of my and his pc are old and don't support custom resolution by default there's no option in command center
So what I am doing
Asking him to make 1248×720
And his refresh rate
Then going to command center and making it strech full screen
Then disabling main monitor
Then opening game
Then going to windowed full screen then selecting fill
Then going to full screen
But at last it will apply but still there will be option in game that will say apply but don't touch that

Did you do the steps clearly? Before opening the game put the resolution of screen to 1024x768 and then from graphic center make it stretched
