Payment Cancelled due to Risk

When attempting to complete a growth pack purchase (Mythic Emblem Pack) a message shows that the payment was cancelled due to risk issues as shown on the attached screenshot below, knowing that this purchase attempt was done on my brother’s pubg account, on my phone.

However, purchasing on my account, on my phone happens normally and successfully

How to fix this?
