Purchase canceled due to payment risk
I can't recharge UC, due to account risk, I've had my account for 8 years, the support in the game or at least the person I got yesterday didn't solve anything for me, I've sent 5 emails in the game and they only gave me a generic answer, like turn off the wifi and connect it, their answer is my location and device, I'm doing it from my usual location, I need help to be able to recharge, I've already sent another message to support hoping it's not the same person, but if so, where should I contact to get my problem resolved?
