Steam Shortcuts change themselves, and PS button/Xbox Button + A does not open Quick Access Menu

Hello, I use a PS5 Controller (Have tested with an Xbox Controller too), and in Gamescope on Bazzite-Deck, the Quick Access Menu has seemingly lost its keybind (Chord + A), so I can no longer access it. When holding down the Chord button, steam shortcuts pop up, but they are all set to random desktop things like volume, screenshot, etc.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
