Change Steam Key Shortcuts

On Steam Deck using STEAM + LS UP makes brightness go up, but on Bazzite on GPD Win Mini it makes volume go up. Can this be changed by me? Also - in gamescope Win Mini's brightness controls on keyboard won't work, they work in desktop mode though
