Please help me, my account has been hacked. It has been eight days since the incident. I’ve already tried various methods, including account recovery, sending emails, and contacting in-game customer service, but I haven’t received any solution. The hacker even played on my account a few days ago. Recently, I joined this Discord group and read that some people experienced the same issue as I did. I’ve also submitted the PUBG Community Support form. How long does it usually take for my request to be confirmed and my account to be recovered? @Auguste Comte.

okay ,thanks for the information. However, about three days ago, when I tried to claim my account again, a notification suddenly appeared stating that my device is untrusted, even though I have never changed my device. Will this have any impact in the future?
If your recovery request gets accepted and you get access back to your account, you will just need to keep logging on your device and maintain good behaviour to make it a trusted device again.
