which dsc vhf?
Anyone have recommendations for a VHF radio (mounted) which will allow for local ais targets to be plotted on freeboard app?

Do you have instruments using n2k bus, then you might want share info with that media, if not then nmea0183 serial interface is maybe cheaper.
More or less all VHF radio have either interface or both. Look that it will output data out, e.g VDM.
Question is then what is your budget?
