games not picking up dualsense edge
no game is picking up my dualsense edge ive tried running herioc and the games through steam input ive tried PROTON_PREFER_SDL=1 all of which did not work.
the games i have tried plague tale innocence, bioshock 1,2 and infinite, mortal shell sifu. the only game that picks up the controller is [REDACTED]

you can try adding the games to steam and launching through there
that, theoretically, would let you use steam input

i have to do it manually everytime i install a game and cant figure out how to make it universal

Since Wine 9.18, this setting can be controlled from wine control joy.cpl.
says the wiki
hidraw is off
and it doesnt set it universally to all wineconfigs
adding the .reg file to ~/.wine using regedit doesnt make it universal either
thats assuming it would
but never the less i cant find anything that will tell me how to make it universal
which should be possible no?
also im using the most recent version of proton-ge i always keep it up to date
