VAN -72 Error

Hello, I installed windows today to play Valorant. I usually use linux. I am using and ideapad-e85, my hwinfo is in a picture attached to this post. I have played valorant before on this laptop but I uninstalled windows for a while. I also maintained my hobby of gaming on linux. I have taken extensive care into checking whether I am on the latest windows patch, driver patch, etc. There is nothing that needs updating as far as I can tell. The behavior I am getting is a seemingly random and instant reduction in GPU clock times which leads to my entire system including music coming from spotify to start stuttering. This eventually leads to Valorant crashing, often with the Van -72 error. In response I have attempt to reinstall windows, which I have done three times, installing valorant two times on the same windows instance. And of course checking drivers for each component on the various websites to check I am on the latest everything. I would appricate any help with this!
