alright.., thank you for your assistance.. i will contact [email protected] anyway brother, i have question, what's the meaning regular device? because i usually play pubg mobile on my phone, but when i try to claim with my phone, i got message, "claim declined, please file a claim with regular device." which regular device is it? i just have 1 phone that i used to play with....

Regular device is the device that is currently most frequently used to login to the account.

so if the PUBG mobile system can't detect my phone, it because the hacker reset my phone / remove my phone as trusted device on my account?

If your device is not the regular device then that means somebody else's device has become the regular device instead. You will need to reach out to the customer service for assistance and any further questions you may have.
