Microphone issue

Microphone issue while playing PUBG on my iPad Pro M4, running iPadOS 18.1.1. I’m using HyperX Cloud II Earbud, which support mic input and are compatible with Android and iOS. The earbuds are connected via a UGREEN Magnetic Audio Splitter Type C to Jack, which officially supports mic functionality and is iPad-compatible. In other apps such as phone calls and WhatsApp, the mic works normally and clearly with both splitters. However, in PUBG version 3.7.0, my voice sounds choppy and unclear to my teammates. I also tested using another splitter, and the result was the same: the mic still sounded choppy, although slightly clearer. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: • Restarted the game • Uninstalled and reinstalled PUBG • Used a stable internet connection (both WiFi and mobile data) • Confirmed that microphone permissions are enabled for PUBG in iPad settings Could this be a bug? ? is there a workaround I can try in the meantime?

Honestly probably buy a new device lol. Everybody who has this issue has had an older model. I have an iPhone 12 Pro. Gonna switch to the 16 in a month
