I can't tell if enemies are behind me or in front of me
This has been driving me nuts, it's like I hear people in front of me if they were behind me, and vice versa.
It's so hard to tell where people are at, sometimes it's as if they are standing inside of me.
I have never had this issue in other games like CS, what can I do to fix it? Loudness Equalization doesn't quite fix it, just makes everything loud, Spatial sound simulation is off, game & headphones are set to stereo, spatial sound is off in Windows.
