Does Valorant have a bug on PS5?

My account was banned after the update. Account Locked by Mistake – PS5 Console User" was closed and merged into this request. Last Comment (from Player): I’d like to clarify again that I play Valorant using a console (PS5) setup with Remote Play, which means I do not have the ability to run any third-party software or cheats. My setup does not allow for external programs or scripts, and I’ve never used anything that could be considered unfair or against the rules. I’ve been playing Valorant for a long time without any issues, and this penalty appeared right after a recent game update. That’s why I believe it might be a mistake. I also attached a screenshot showing a warning message I kept receiving at the start of each match — this happened about 5 times or more (I can't remember the exact number). Every time I got the warning, the game would crash, but if I restarted the game, the match would resume. However, once a match ended, and I tried to click “Play Again,” the same error message would pop up again. Eventually, I received a penalty mid-match, which I believe was connected to these repeated technical issues rather than any violation on my part. Please consider this information while reviewing my case. If you need anything else, I’m happy to provide it.
