But I can only see top 100
You should be able to see the top 500 on the leaderboard despite not being able to see the names of the players that are out of top 100.
But it says unranked
And I don't know how much more do I need to get
Top reach top 500
This occurs when the number of players, or the rating, is greater than 10 000, and thus visually unable to be properly displayed. This may also be a result of a frozen rank due to account abnormalities, you will be ranked again after the investigation is over.

When you tab on your badge in the season cycle then you get a pop up that shows the currently needed points to reach conqueror that day.
In my example it would be 7823 on EU third person squad.
