Installed a Bozzle, started getting a weird new vfa
So:
V-Core 3.1 300, RR Toolhead w/ beacon, rapido2, orbiter 2
-Speed independent: They appear to be spaced the same distance at 50mms and 200mms.
-Happens as 1000mms² and 4000mms² exterior perimeter accel.
-Happens on multiple filaments.
-I can reduce them a bit if I start pushing above 300mms, but this is challenging for silk filaments, which is what set me down this path.
(Red filament image was a stopped benchy, not a failed benchy, that showed the errata)
My working theory is that nozzle flow might even be too high, or back pressure too low, and the filament is printing in literal pulses: So maybe the VFA is either the impulse of the extruder or indent of the extruder gears. Or something. Belt tooth noise would be more widely spaced, and ringing wouldn't be evenly consistent across the travel. But I haven't seen this noise before. I'm going to do a nozzle swap in a bit back to .4 and do some testing, but if anyone else has seen this, I'd be interested in their solution.
(I know PA is off in the silk pla image, but this print was what sent me down this path of wondering about pressure)
