i tried reaching out to valorant support but everyone said they couldn't help with this because they were either in the dark about why this is even happening or because they think my device's TPM is somehow incompatible even tho it's 2.0, i'm legit losing hope by the second but oh well, i'm stubborn so here i am reaching out to the discord side of val support :'D

idk why it's called trusted computing for my bios tbh, had to spend like 30 mins just looking around, and the thing is, even with this enabled i still get the error ;-;

then go to key management
then restore key

the only thing i did was change the secure boot mode to custom tho, you think that'll work? (I'm going to do it anyway, sorry I'm asking a lot of questions)

when this type of error shows up while on windows 11, you need both tpm and secure boot mode on with the right setup
im not the best nerd around here but, as far i know your cpu does support firmware
now the reason why its not showing up the option, idk

I'm about to launch the game now, the error usually occurs as soon as i get into a match, the range works fine i think and so does the menu, i usually test it out in Deathmatch, cuz it's the safest way not to get restrictions for "queue dodging"
what usually happens is that as soon as the warmup phase is done, i get kicked out and the error pops up
we'll see if something different happens this time
praying for the best

i was able to play a full Deathmatch with no error so far
that's already better than the millions of previous attempts, I'm gonna try a swiftplay now

I’m ngl, their tpm was already enabled, and it’s asking them to change to firmware tpm, but it is already firmware for their device.

Yk I think just entering bios and going to into the tpm page got it going.
the thing is i already did that a million times, but somehow just changing the secure boot mode fixed everything, y'all are lifesavers :')
