hello i have a SGP Valo points redeem code but i cant redeem it because my account is in phl region can anyone help me?

ask support if they can redeem it for you. say that you bought it for the wrong region

couple hours up to a couple days
if you want to buy a skin in your daily shop, try to screenshot it and ask support to add the skin in exchange to the vp once they redeem it
