Chargeback from 2 years ago/ remove content

The story goes like this: I once requested a refund from Riot, but since it wasn’t possible, I ended up purchasing the Karambit Reaver skin instead. I paid in Thai Baht using PayPal, as my account at the time was set to the Asia region. Two years later, I bought the VCT Karambit set for around €55, plus some extra VP, totaling roughly €60. I played with it for about two months, and then suddenlymy VCT 2025 skin disappeared. I contacted support, but they told me that once an item is removed, it cannot be recovered.
I ended up losing more money than the original refund I had asked for. Plus, the item that was deleted was a limited edition skin. they give me 2000 vp but i didn't receive money back from paypal either im so shock in my mind said Why that specific item? Why did they choose this to be removed? There was no prior warning at all. I’d really like to know if there’s any way to get it back or to fix this issue. Is there really no way at all? It just feels really unfair for me
