Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

For non-permanent account bans, you'll need to use the in-game File Claim option available on the account suspension dialog box.
If this is rejected, you'll unfortunately have to wait for the account suspension to be lifted on the end time.
But I’m a YouTuber who livestreams PUBG rooms daily, and I’m facing a lot of loss.
We're unfortunately unable to help you any further through here.
I’ve also appealed through the in-game customer support, but I haven’t received any response there either. They should at least give me a solid reason.
