Hello,
I’m trying to recover my PUBG MOBILE account but I’m currently stuck with the automated recovery system.
Account name: LEONlobi
UID: 51571444739
My account was compromised on February 7 after my Gmail account was accessed from another country. Shortly after that, the attacker changed the email linked to my PUBG MOBILE account and I lost access to it.
I have already contacted PUBG MOBILE support multiple times and also submitted the official recovery form, but my requests keep getting rejected automatically.
Customer support mentioned that the issue might be related to the “most frequently used device” or “last login device” verification.
The problem is that my phone is not powerful enough to play PUBG MOBILE comfortably, so for a long time I have mainly played the game through the GameLoop emulator. Because of this, the automated system may not correctly match my device information.
Even though I provided a long history of mobile devices I previously used, my requests are still being rejected.
I can clearly prove the account belongs to me because I have detailed information about the account history, including:
• Google security alerts showing the suspicious login
• Purchase receipts
• My device history
• Login information and location history
• In-game screenshots and account history
So the ownership of the account can be verified, but it seems the automated system keeps rejecting my request because of device verification issues related to emulator usage.
My case was also acknowledged by the PUBG MOBILE Operations Team on Reddit, and they suggested submitting the recovery form again with device details.
However, the automated system still rejects the request, so my situation likely requires a manual review by the account team.
If anyone from the support or moderation team could help escalate this case for manual verification, I would be extremely grateful.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
