False banned for 3rd party app
hi 40 days ago my account got banned for 3rd party tools but i didnt used any tools or cheats. playin this game since ep3. also im washed and my stats are so bad( 39% winrate and 0.97 kd). i did ticket and didnt got any answers from riot. can someone help me please?

@junimo im very sorry for taggin u but it has been 40 days without any answer at least i wanna know why did i get banned
i did ticket 3 times
no answers
it just says solved
without answerin anythin
okay what about if my account was stolen and got banned i recover it from support but they give it back to me with ban
what can i do in this case ? i try to contact them but they close my ticket with no answer

when we find a cheater we hwid ban + account ban
if you shared or the cheater stole that account then the account would still get banned
