obs drops my fps to half when open
Hello recently when I have discord open (even no vc or anything) it puts my fps down from 180 capped to 60 every 2sec, its a stable thing and not something that just lags I have a good pc so it's def not an issue with ram or cpu or idk.
I've got hardware accel off in discord as people recommended it in videos but it doesn't change anything
Anyone knows what could cause the weird half drop?

go to video and general turn off every cap

I didnt change anything ..
AAA nvm its another app now
it does it with obs open without even any source open, the obs support told me "dunno, sorry"

also my val is using more cpu than usual
