My account got falsely banned for third party tools from an automated gameplay review
- I have never cheated in VALORANT, I have never cheated in any other games, I have never used any form of software that gives me an unfair advantage in VALORANT. This ban is completely false and RIOT has permanently suspended an innocent man who has done nothing wrong.
- I have painstakingly used their ticket support system and I've only been communicating with bots. And they literally mark every ticket I make as "solved" prematurely without reviewing my ban at all. I want a living, breathing human being to actually look and rectify my false ban.

And for some reason his account was "locked" (???) and apparently he WASN'T banned despite his account being "permanently suspended"
why did my account get "locked"? and how can I fix this?
I've played valorant for 5 years and I've spent hundreds of dollars on skins this is just so brutal especially since I've literally never cheated in my life.
