Failing to install r-linux through rpm-ostree.

I want to install r-linux to attempt file recovery. This is not an attempt to repair a corrupt drive, the reason I want this ability is because the program Ardour destroys my completed audio exports alongside project folders, and what I want to recover was victim to this an hour ago. Attempting to do so results in this error: Checkout rlinux-6.3.191253-1.x86_64: opendir(local): No such file or directory

As I cannot find any search results for similar programs in Discover, I feel like I have no choice but to attempt to get this working. The terminal log is attached below.
