5C1 for selecting 1
3c1 for selecting a colour
2 because adjacent will have 2 ways
4 because the most away will have 4 choices , lets say i chose the chosen one as red
the farthes away two blocks will have

so 4 , why is my ans wrong

This will be added to their stats.Your last choice is going to overcount I feel, because when you cycle through the colours, some of the configurations will be the same, subject to a rotation by 72°
