Emails to [email protected] and [email protected] bounced back, but I sent a follow-up to [email protected] on April 26. I can’t use in-game support due to an "irregular device" error on my iPhone 14 Pro. This account means so much to me—I’ve invested HK$16,216.00 and years of memories as "The BONELESS." You cannot provide additional information if you have already filled out the form. This is because you can only submit a recovery request once through the community support form. All information/proofs should be included during the first submission.

They’re asking me to contact another player (51957080299, MadhuriDixit) and mentioning my inventory, which seems unusual. Can you confirm if this is the real Krafton Customer Support? There is no Krafton customer service for PUBG MOBILE. The person that contacted you is a scammer. Please block them do not share any personal information with them.
