The community support rejected my claim. Why? I provided all the details with 100% correct information, but live community support rejected my claim. Please me. So I am filing another claim through community support, but I do not see my UID on the claim sheet. My UID is 5702141161. I have all information please help
Solution:
Each user can can only submit one request, if you submit more than once it will not show up on the sheet anymore. If your request on the sheet got rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service if you still require assistance

Go to your in-game settings, you will find it in the bottom of your screen, or via the login menu of the game, you can find it on the top right of your screen.
