My account was hacked and i tried to get it back in the game and didnt help anyone
And now when i started to play again
I can show you all the proofs that is my account and if u check,i have a tik tok account where i was recording when i was playing on that account,the name of the account is @dwumirr
And the pubg team still not helping me saying im not the owner
I ve sent the all proofs with the purchase too

Maybe im getting rejected because i ve changed my phone from xiaomi redmi note 8 pro to xiaomi redmi note 13 pro.
But please trust me its my account
I think this problem is with everyone. Everyone who wants to recover their account gets this message, and if it doesn't appear, the complaint is rejected.
