"I sent a claim through customer service, but I mistakenly used someone else's Gmail in the claim, and the claim got approved. Now I can't even log in through Facebook; when I try, it creates a new account. Also, I can't send a new claim for 3 months. Is there any solution for this?"

When you submit a claim, a code comes to your email! I don't know how you did it without this code... and how did you know it was approved when you don't have the email?

My claim through the link was not approved... this is not real, I am providing evidence that no one else can provide! What should I do?

You will need to reach out to the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to [email protected] if you still require assistance or for any questions.
I also wrote an email, but they are redirecting me to file a claim from the game, I need contact with a real person, because they are sending me an automated message!
Then as the customer service instructed, you will need to file a claim in-game. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the customer service if you have any questions.
I filed a new claim yesterday through the game, but from a phone I've played with 3-4 times, because I'll explain to you how I lost my account! My phone was stolen and the person who stole it also took my profile!
I am a player from Bulgaria and here in our country I have helped at least 200 people get their stolen accounts back. I know how things work, but I don't know why, despite giving the exact date of the theft and all the necessary information, I don't have a result in my favor?
