Account hacked, Support refusing to help
Hey I’m not sure what to do and trying to see if anyone here has had experience with this or a way to connect with a Rioter to possibly help out. My girlfriend’s account was hacked overnight and she hasn’t been able to login. Attempting to change the password doesn’t send a request to her email, so the email on the account looks like it’s been changed as well. She submitted multiple tickets to riot with proof of the account being hers, from information on what skins are on the account, what skins and buddies are equipped, credit cards on the account, geographic locations where the account has been logged into and played on, account name and password history etc. Riot support has said the only way they can give access is to name what the first purchased skin was, the first purchased buddy, and first skin radianite was used on. It’s been years that she has had the account, spent hundreds of dollars on skins, and has been played on regularly since the account was created. It just seems like a giant middle finger from Riot Support to lock access behind such random things that she can’t remember because it’s been years since she started the account. Also frustrating given the amount of proof and information she’s provided to support and they are still telling her they won’t do anything. It’s just incredibly frustrating for her and frustrating for me and if Riot refuses to help I just can’t see the point in ever spending money on anything of theirs again if at any moment, if your account gets hacked and taken over, the hundred or thousands of dollars you’ve spent are just gone because you can’t remember some pointless random thing like what skin you first used radianite on.

this server can’t really help unless you get riot staff to look at this
I read it, and I don't have answers. But it sucks that it is happening to her, and I honestly doubt riot cares. They only want money and LGBTQ. Hey maybe if OP says they're gay riot will help. I would try that.
Have you seen this before? I'm not desperate to play but it would be nice to at least hop on now and then.

Yup, and my I think my processor might be getting old but I don't got the money to replace anything. So I guess it is what it is?

The reason why they ask for specially things that she bought when she made the account is to make sure that shes the legit owner
many people buy and sell accounts, the only wat to prove whos the real owner is to ask things only the owner would have access
Yeah I understand that, and she tried the best she could and for sure knows she got 1 of the questions they asked correct. And have provided other info that dates back to the creation of the account like I said including the locations the account has been logged into, like city/state etc and when exactly it was made. Whole thing is just shit on riot's part.

She does, but the email on the account has been changed and we've provided the previous emails on the account but they don't care unless it's the exact skin upgrade, buddy purchase and agent unlock on the account. The agent unlock was provided correctly but they don't care unless it's all 3 I guess.
