I would recommend checking the "template" for some missing information, like: for which system? How is the budget? And some other bits.

the description of the module does not explain at all what you want to achieve, it does not talk about what verison of dnd5e or Foundry you want to apply it to.
currently dnd5e has mechanics for vehicles, you may want to first see how it works and then understand what to look for in your module.
