Neon support seems to be AWOL, what is going on?
I see this forum guideline says "This is not an official support forum, please open a ticket here..." but opening a ticket there under our paid plan is getting us nowhere. It's been days since we entered the ticket, there is no UI to find our outstanding Zendesk tickets, our sales rep has ignored our requests for an update on the ticket, and so, really what is going on over there? This is a 2nd highest priority ticket -- perhaps we have to scream and shout and make everything a top priority to get any support?

Hey! Sorry to hear about this experience. To make sure I understand correctly: You have a paid account and you created a support ticket but you haven't heard back?

Ticket 6096, I guess we have to pay more to get a response faster than several days.
