Problem with TPU
Hi everyone, I have a problem with my rat rig v core 4 500 0.6 nozzle, when I print the tpu the first print does it without problems while when I send the second one a jam occurs inside the nozzle and it no longer extrudes the filament.. can anyone give me some advice? thanks

My extruder had a huge tangle in it just like that while I was running some TPU tests... Happened when I went a bit too cold with the extruder temp... If your TPU isn't flowing easily enough for whatever temp/speed you are running, try slowing down or increasing temps
thanks, but I solved it by using a harder and less elastic tpu
Hi @tony I had the same issue with softer TPU. For me the fix was to loosen the screw from the orbiter extruder completely. Then start to extrude and tighten the screw only as much as it’s needed to transport the TPU.
I think all my jamming was caused by the screw/spring being to tight
