homing z
I am currently working through the commissioning step by step.
When I click on the button (see picture) the printing plate moves upwards, so I have inverted all three Z-motors in the printer.cfg. now everything seems to work correctly, but ...
When homing, the printing plate now moves all the way down and does not stop “chattering”.
Are the buttons in Klipper wrong or am I thinking wrong or ...
Is the problem in front of the monitor?

So undo the Z motor inversion and you will be fine. The sound you heard when it hit the bottom was the motors trying to pull the plate through the bottom of the printer. I hope you did not leave it making that sound for very long, it can burn out the motors

You are just thinking about it wrong. Don't worry, I did too for a bit.
When you hit the button in the circle, that is moving closer to zero in Z. Closer to zero means the build plate has to get closer to the nozzle. In the case of a rat rig (and other printers that move the bed in Z), that means moving the bed upwards

you can also choose to invert the button in the mainsail interface options
that is what I did, because I too would get confused by the button and click the opposite one I wanted
