Unable to login, GET request to dash.[...] gives status 400, are you blocking passmail.net ?
I am unable to login via my usual credentials on dash.cloudflare.com
Looking at the request being made this seems the likely culprit
I am using a ProtonPass mail relay with the domain
passmail.net for my account email, maybe you're blocking this outright because of some abuse coming from those addresses?7 Replies
I enter my credentials and stare at the login ui with the spinning loading indicator indefinitely.
It is normal for that call to respond with 400 and a body of
{"success":false,"errors":[{"code":404,"message":"SSO Connector not found"}],"messages":[],"result":null}
as sso being setup on your domain would mean you'd have to login through Google/some identity provider, and not username/passOh ok
Some other call is being slow, or the challenge is failing, perhaps?
The viewport itself does not change and is stuck at the loading indicator.
But looking at network requests this is the response I get for my POST https://dash.cloudflare.com/api/v4/login with my credentials.
That's def why you can't login. hmm, Did/can you try different browser/without vpn if you are on one/etc?

For some reason my residential IP is being blocked while I am able to login via a VPN just fine...
anyhow, I am able to login I guess
