I have the same problem
In January someone hacked my account and make also claim and till this month 28 i cannot make any claim
And yesterday i was trying and i cannot send the claim
I have also all purchased and proof that i use that account from 2019..
Okay I did, will I be able to recover it second time within time of 90 days tho? I had to recover it through ingame once. Now I need to login because it’s hacked. Before I just couldn’t log in.

I managed to recover my twitter access and filed a claim about mail from my USUAL device, 15 pro max
