Hello, Can you please tell me something more? - Did you have issues with the installation steps? - What FAQ did you check? - What unreal version are you on? With this info I can point you in the right direction.

I didn't have any issues with the installation steps. I followed this faq when the plugin didn't show up. https://discord.com/channels/826908885024636989/1169255301271277568 I'm on 5.3.2

When you open UE, is there any error/messages that mention Dash or GraphN or Polygonflow in the UE output log? And also, as a last step of our installation there is a console window process, did that appear and run a while and then auto-closed?

Hey Daniel, sorry for the late reply. When I look at the Output log on startup and search for Dash, GraphN, or PolygonFlow, nothing shows up. The console window process did show up during installation

Got it, thanks for checking, did you try a new install btw? If there is no Dash logo, and no messages in the output log, it seems like the installation failed completely. Could perhaps zip up and send over the Dash installation folder? That way we can check a few of the files of it. We have some installation logs etc in there

Sorry for the slow responses I was working on a project with a tight deadline. Here's a zip of the dash instillation in the C program files folder.

I have tried reinstalling a few times. Even using revo uninstaller to make sure everything was deleted. Would a fresh install of unreal engine help?

No worries! I hope your project with the deadline worked out well! Thanks, but that's is not actually the installation folder, here is a video showing how to find the right folderπŸ™Œ and no, installing UE will not make a difference πŸ™‚

Thanks! Easy mistake πŸ˜„ Can you check if Dash is enabled or even exist in the UE plugins settings in your project? Based on the files you sent, it feels like everything is correct. We might need to do a call to dive deeper into it, @Ilgar will be the one to do that if so πŸ™Œ

Hello πŸ‘‹πŸ½ And here is how you engine plugins folder should look like. Also note that you can only have plugin installed in engine folder like on screen OR under your project folder PROJECT_ROOT/Plugins/GraphNUnrealPlugin . If in any chance you have both, it will not work

Looking at files you shared, everything looks fine
