10year ban no reason
Back in 2020 i got banned for 10 years i get unbanned by 2030 and i just installed pubg after 5 years just to find out im banned? I tried reaching out to pubg they said 3 days been over 20days no answer

It doesn't matter when your account was banned. As long as it is a permanent ban (10 years) you can appeal throught the community support form.
