10year ban no reason

Back in 2020 i got banned for 10 years i get unbanned by 2030 and i just installed pubg after 5 years just to find out im banned? I tried reaching out to pubg they said 3 days been over 20days no answer

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.

Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
